I certify that Mr. J. W. Wilson suffered from

Aortic and Mitral disease of the Heart, while in Hongkong.

For this reason, and under my advice, he was

sent to Europe.

Pte. J. W. Wilson, was examined by Surgeon

Capt. Harston of the Hongkong Volunteer Corps, and by him certified unfit for military duty.
